Know More About Me!
My name is Lois N. Friedland and I graduated in 2002 as a dietitian. Then I started working at the St. Antonius Hospital in California. I have gained ample experience in all areas of attention that the hospital has. In recent years I have followed several training courses in the field of interviewing and coaching of patients and subject-specific training courses. I think it is very important to look for the possibilities instead of focusing on the impossibilities. Hopefully, I can do something for you in this way.
I am registered in the quality register for Paramedics and I am a member of the California Association of Dietitians.
Finally, I would like to point out that I am a member of the specialized dietitian network of the California Celiac Association. For that, I have received special training from the Celiac Association and there are also requirements to be allowed to remain a member. You can come to me when you have recently heard that you have celiac disease, but also if you have been following a gluten-free diet for a longer period of time and would like to have a good look at the daily diet, for example with regard to hidden gluten, completeness or if you have difficulty choosing of (naturally) gluten-free substitutes. More information about my treatment with Celiac disease can be found under the heading Celiac disease .
